Colonel Frank H. Koehler has been a member of the New York State Police for 26 years. During his tenure he has served in the position of Trooper, Investigator, Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Staff Inspector and now as Assistant Deputy Superintendent – Bureau of Criminal Investigation, which oversees BCI operations for the 1,000 plus investigators assigned to the Investigative Branch of the Division of State Police assigned to stations and special details across the state.

Colonel Koehler has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Marist College and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
